Mediation
For entrepreneurs - in litigation
As many as 97% of disputes among businessmen in the Republic of Croatia end up in the courts, which significantly prolongs the time until the final solution. The overburdening of the courts could be changed by conducting mediation, as long and arduous disputes do not benefit anyone. Mediation has been used for many years all over the world to resolve various disputes, even, for example, between investors and the state. In this procedure, each party, with the help of a mediator, can freely present everything they considers important. The emphasis is on determining what the parties really want and need, and through cooperation between the parties and conversation, different and creative solutions can be achieved that could not be achieved through long-term litigation. The solution can be reached in one day or in a few hours.
If no agreement is reached with the help of mediation, you can always continue your dispute in court.
Mediation
For entrepreneurs - in companies
A kind of global dissatisfaction also affects the work of society and teams, and the usual rewarding and punishing of workers no longer has much impact. Namely, workers are aware of their qualities, but also of their choices. Consequently, entrepreneurs are increasingly aware of the benefits of intellectual services in the market as a source of new methods of team management, motivating workers and resolving conflicts within and outside society.
Mediation creates awareness among business partners that the other party is reasonable and responsible and safer for developing business relationships. Through mediation, business disputes can be resolved out of court, saving money and time and strengthening the business relationship. If a solution is not reached through mediation, the dispute can always continue in court without fear of "leakage" of information, because everything that is presented during mediation remains secret and cannot be used later in the court dispute.
By applying the principle of mediation in business, in addition to preventing financial losses and losses of business partners, the loss of workers is also prevented and a harmonious atmosphere is ensured. In that case, the workers know with certainty that during conflicts and differences of opinion, they will be heard, respected and that any raised tone or use of force will be counterproductive.
Mediation
In private life - family mediation
Applying mediation skills within the family and other private relationships can improve impaired communication, reduce conflicts, as well as maintain continuity of personal contacts between parents and children. Mediation in private relationships involves resolving problems and improving disrupted communication by negotiating contentious issues, helping family members or other conflicting parties to identify needs, concerns and fears and devising acceptable solutions, in order to reach a common agreement with which all parties involved will be satisfied.
Family mediation is very useful in divorce, especially if the parties have children. The goal of mediation is to reach a joint parental care plan and other agreements regarding the child. It is intended for families in conflict over separate living, parental care issues, property, financial support for children, post-divorce organizations, daily life, issues related to caring for children after divorce, and intergenerational relationships. In the family mediation procedure, the parties may also agree on all other disputable issues of a property and non-property nature.
